Anthony Quenga and David Manila found guilty

Guam Police Department Officers Anthony Quenga and David Manila were found guilty on all charges, including kidnapping and rape, in the Blue House brothel case.

Jurors completed their deliberations today. The verdicts were read this afternoon at the Superior Court of Guam.

The Blue House karaoke lounge was a front for a brothel, which opened around 2004 until it was shut down in 2008.

The two officers helped Blue House brothel owner Song Ja Cha force women into prostitution, threatening them with arrest if the women failed to do Cha’s bidding — which included providing sex to paying customers.

Cha was tried in District Court and sentenced to life in federal prison. She faces charges in local court.
